Non-competitive tumbling classes for all ages
Ages 2-3 will have a blast getting to move and play while working on physical fitness! This class is 45-minutes long.
For ages 3-4 who want to learn basic tumbling skills in a fun and creative way! This class is 45-minutes long
This class is for ages 4-6 who are ready to start on skillwork and conditioning. This class is 55-minutes long.
ages 6+ This class will focus more age-appropriate and advanced beginning techniques such as ROUND-OFFS, WALK-OVERS, HANDSTAND WALKS ETC. This class is 55-minutes long
This class is for athletes working on Back handsprings. We focus primarily on the core strength and technique behind all things back handspring! Before leaving this class the athlete will have mastered a standing Back Handspring series, a Round-off Back Handspring series, and will be beginning Tucks on the trampoline. This class is 65-minutes long
This class is for athletes who have previously mastered Back Handsprings and are currently working on tucks. Before leaving this class the athlete will have mastered all things involving TUCKS! This class is 75-minutes long to insure that each athlete gets adequate time on the floor.
This class is for the serious athletes who want to work hard on mastering their up-level skills! This class has 20-minutes of technique training and conditioning along with skill work and tumbling presentation. The class is 90-minutes long.
Competitive and non-competitive
This 75-minute class works on basic cheerleading, alongside the athletes specific tumbling level!
This is for our non-competitive cheerleaders, that still want to be on a team and perform! This team works on a cheer routine to perform at local exhibition throughout the season. Ages 3+
inspired by American Ninja Warrior, this class is for athletes ages 4+. We will use obstacle courses, and basic tumbling skills to build strength and coordination in these young athletes!
This 30-minute add-on class is for athletes who want to put in extra training for their back handsprings. If your athlete is suffering from a mental block or needs their back handspring on the floor asap, we HIGHLY recommend this class!
For ages 17+ Fitness classes that incorporate an exciting and different way to workout classes can be combined for a discounted package deal
Low - moderate level tumbling skills and technique drills for adults of all ages! No prior tumbling training necessary, we will cater the workout to each level!
A nice 45-minute cool-down and stretching session directly following adult tumbling! We highly recommend combining the two classes for the maximum benefits!
One-on-one training sessions
30 minutes of private gym time with the coach of your choice!
A full hour of private gym time with the coach of your choice! This can be split for 2-3 athletes to go together.
This lesson takes place during another class, but is still one-on-one coaching. Availibility is limited.
